Went back to the 4th floor of Nakano and found the Dead Presidents customs were nearly all entirely cleared out. Found out most of them went to local collectors.
I was at Broadway in April scouring the building for One Up and never found it. I had it on my notes and even checked the building directory but the shutters were pulled down. It was a sad day for me but reading your blog gives me hope. I will find it on my next visit to Tokyo.

That's too bad! You might have rolled up on a Wednesday, when they (and a lot of Nakano stores) are closed. Thing about Tokyo shops is some are closed Tuesday...others Thursday...
